At the moment, returns are only possible with a defective product, subject to all conditions:

I forgot password. What to do? How to recover?

If you have forgotten your password, you should go to the password recovery form where, after specifying your email address, you will receive a confirmation code and a field for entering a new password.

Canceled order and didn't get refund?

Cancellation of goods is possible if it has not yet been sent to you. We will refund the money to your card. In some cases, a restocking fee may apply if we have incurred any additional costs at the time of the order (for example, for storage of goods). The rest of the amount will also be transferred to your account. You can check with our support team for more details.

How to supplement an already paid (registered) product?

If the order is in "processing" you can cancel the order and supplement it with the desired product.
